How do I place an order? Placing an order is easy. Just click on the product  you wish to order, add it to your cart and checkout. You can always call us and we can assist you over the phone. We can be reached at (800) 832-9519 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Eastern Time Zone. What is the status of my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email along with a tracking number. The tracking number will let you see the progress of your order and estimated time of arrival. Please note that it may take 24 hours from the time your order is scanned by the carrier until you have updated information.  Custom Items take 6-8 weeks to complete.  We will notify you when those items ship. How do I cancel/change my order? Please note Custom Items CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. We try our best to ship orders as quickly as we receive them. Generally, orders cannot be cancelled once they are received. Don't worry, you do have the option of returning your order once it has arrived at your door. If you would like to return your item(s), please call us at (800) 832-9519 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (EST) or email us at info@annaeastoncollection.com and we will do our best to help. Custom or Personalized Items can not be returned for any reason.   What payment methods do you accept? We accept gift cards and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) or you can pay with your PayPal account. How do I know my credit card/personal information is protected? We understand the importance of your personal information remaining secure. We have taken many of precautions and have security measures in place to protect your information. How long do I wait before I receive my order?  Do you have expedited shipping options? Yes we do! We have expedited shipping service. This option takes 2-3 business days. We also offer next-day shipping. This option takes 1-2 business days. Do you offer gift wrapping? Let us wrap it! We’re happy to offer gift-wrap, includes a personalized handwritten note. Simply choose GIFT WRAP at checkout, and let us make your thoughtful gift into a WOW moment!  


 If you would like to return my order? Returns are excepted within 30 days of purchase, you may return your unworn, unused merchandise with original tags and packaging by mailing it back to us via UPS or FedEx if purchased via our website.  Please note Custom Items can not be returned or exchanged.  This is due to the fact they are made for you and only you. What is your return policy? For purchases made at a Private Retailer, please check the store's policy for return information. Often, you can find this information printed on the receipt or by contacting the store directly. For online orders at ANNA EASTON COLLECTIONS, we accept returns within 30 days of shipment date. All items must be returned in original condition, unworn and unused, with tags intact and packaging materials included. We will refund you in the method paid.

 How long does it take to refund my money after I return it? We will process your return as quickly as we can and will refund you in the same method you paid. We will fully process your return within 7 to 10 days of receiving; it may take longer for the refund to post to your account depending on your bank. Please return your return with a copy of your receipt to ensure proper refund.  For standard shipping you should receive your order in 5-10 business days. For expedited shipping your order arrives within 2-3 business days. For next-day shipping your order arrives within 1-2 business days. Where do you ship? We ship anywhere within the United States and Puerto Rico. Please contact us for international purchases.  For international purchases we will make a case by case decision and must be ordered over the phone and not online.  


What is the guarantee on a registered Anna Easton Collection handbag? Upon registering your handbag, we will warranty your purchase against workmanship and structure defects for one year from the date of your purchase. Anna Easton Collection reserves the right to exclude any damage caused by negligence and normal wear and tear. 


 What is a registered handbag? How can I tell? ANNA EASTON COLLECTIONS registered handbags each have a sequence number located on a leather patch stitched on the inside of the handbag. Registered Handbags come with THE ANNA EASTON PROMISE that warranties the handbag for 1 year from the date of purchase against workmanship and structure defects. How do I register my handbag? If you have purchased a ANNA EASTON COLLECTION handbag that is eligible for registration, it will include a registration number on the leather patch stitched inside.  You can mail in the registration postcard inserted in your bag or email us your registration.  Registration must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Registering your handbag activates your warranty, so you’ll want to ensure you take this important step.  Your one year warranty starts from purchase date. How do I clean my handbag? Leather: Please remember, leather is a natural product. Colors and textures may change with use. Like your own delicate skin, your leather accessory will benefit from regular cleaning and conditioning. Cleaning suggestions: You may use a leather cleaner (found at local leather/shoe repair shops) or mild soap (such as Ivory) with warm water to wipe away dust and debris. Conditioning suggestions: You may use a leather lotion (found at any local leather/shoe repair shops), apply liberally with a soft cloth, let dry and gently buff with a clean soft cloth. Micro-fiber: This high performance fabric is waterproof and treated for durability. Satin: Spot treat the stain with a slightly damp cloth, using warm water and dawn soap.  Use gentle circular movements on and around the area to lift the stain. Should this method fail, please consult a professional cleaner.
 Beaded Bags: Please handle your bag gently and store it in a cool, dry place.  Due to the delicate nature of our products, you must treat them with extreme care.  ANNA EASTON COLLECTIONS not liable for damages associated with natural wear and tear.  Liners: Spot treat the stain with a slightly damp cloth, using warm water and dawn soap.  Use gentle circular movements on and around the area to lift the stain. Should this method fail, please consult a professional cleaner.
 Cleaning suggestions: A warm damp cloth is all that is needed to keep it free from dirt and debris. Silver Hardware: Silver items are cast in solid brass or zinc, then lavishly dipped in silver. Since silver has a natural tendency to tarnish (oxidize) and scratch, we add a protective layer of lacquer to assist in retarding this typical occurrence.   Gold Hardware: Gold items are cast in an alloy, lavishly dipped in gold. Since gold has a natural tendency to tarnish (oxidize) and scratch, we add a protective layer of lacquer to assist in retarding this typical occurrence.   Cleaning suggestions: To clean your items, simply buff with a clean soft cloth. Never use any cleaners, jewelry cleaners, or chemicals (this includes jewelry cloths treated with chemical solutions). Please note that many types of stains and marks are untreatable. This includes, but is not limited to, stains caused by: ink, cosmetics, food stains, oils, body / hand moisturizers, hand sanitizing cleansers or perfumes.

How do I get my registered bag repaired? To schedule a repair for your ANNA EASTON COLLECTION Handbag please call (800) 832-9519. In order for us to give you better service, we ask that you please have your registration number ready. This number is located on a leather patch inside the back wall of your handbag.
If the repair falls within the 1 year warranty from the date of purchase and is considered a manufacturing defect, we will send you a prepaid UPS label and process the repair free of charge.
If the repair falls outside the 1 year warranty or is not considered a manufacturing defect, we will inspect the handbag and call you with repair charges.  How do I care for my ANNA EASTON COLLECTION jewelry? What is great about ANNA EASTON COLLECTION  jewelry is the protective finish that can keep tarnishing at bay. All you need to do is wipe down your piece with a dry, 100% cotton cloth to remove any impurities that may have gathered when wearing. Just a few tips to ensure that your finish remains intact. Please keep your piece away from water, jewelry cleaners, silver cleaners, treated polishing cloths, perfumes, hairspray, lotions, hand-sanitizers and make-up. Any of these items can damage the protective lacquer and cause tarnishing to occur. Have your ANNA EASTON COLLECTION piece be the last item you put on in the morning and the first thing you put away at night. It is also best to store your items in a cool dry place when not wearing.


What sizes do you carry? Our sizes vary depending on the shoes themselves. Please see shoes for size availability. Where can I purchase ANNA EASTON COLLECTION Footwear? You may purchase footwear online at annaeastoncollection.com or through your local participating retailer. Use our FIND US to find a retailer near you.

  • We do not accept changes or cancellations on any orders.
  • Additional design fees may apply depending on the scope of your request. 
  • The exact capitalization, punctuation, and order of letters input during checkout will be used in bag production.  ANNA EASTON COLLECTIONS is not liable for errors or typos made by customer.  
  • ANNA EASTON COLLECTIONS does not give proofs prior to production.  
  • Your item will ship within 6-8 WEEKS from the date your order is placed.
  • The shipping method selected upon check out does not expedite the production of your order, but rather the speed of shipment.  Additional fees apply to rush the production of your order. 
  • Rush orders incur a $50 fee.  
  • Rush orders may not be available at times due to high order volume.  
  • If your bag item not ship within the time allotted, you will have the option to accept your order late or cancel your order.  If you choose to accept your item, a 15% discount of the original purchase price will be credited to you. If you choose to cancel your order, we will issue you a full refund.  No exceptions or additional discounts will be granted. 
  • ANNA EASTON COLLECTIONS is not liable for unforeseen issues such as missing, lost, or stolen packages.
  • In the event that there is an error on your bag that was ANNA EASTON COLLECTIONs mistake, we will remake your item free of charge.
  • No changes on remake orders, unless it is to correct an error. 
  • Images do not represent the exact likeness of the item in production; the color, font, and/or design of the final product may slightly vary from what you see in photos. Our products are handmade and subject to slight variations.  Any subtle inconsistencies are natural characteristics of your unique item and should not be considered defects.  
  • Gift cards purchased with a promotion cannot be combined with any other discount.   
  • All bulk orders within the US incur a $50 shipping and handling fee. 
  • ANNA EASTON COLLECTIONS is not liable for damages associated with natural wear and tear or damages deemed out of the ordinary. 
  • All repair requests are evaluated by our customer service team and accepted/denied on a case by case basis.  
  • Repair claims made within 60 days of purchase will be accepted free of charge.
  • Repair claims made after 60 days of purchase will be subject to a fee.  
  • ANNA EASTON COLLECTIONS reserves the right to deny any unreasonable repair requests.
